How can one person really deliver a full product? +
Because the job changed. I direct an AI-native build stack – Claude, agentic coding tools, modern backends like Convex – the way a director runs a film crew. Do you work completely alone? +
Solo by default – that's what keeps quality high and prices honest. When a build needs more hands (illustration, motion, extra engineering), I bring in trusted specialist designers and developers from my own network. You never manage them, brief them, or even meet them unless you want to: I stay your single point of contact, and everything ships through my quality bar.
What's the difference between you and a subscription design agency? +
They deliver design files and a "dev-ready handoff." I deliver the deployed product. If you already have engineers, I'll happily work design-only – but most clients come to me precisely because they don't want to assemble a second team to make the designs real.
Do you build with Lovable? What about "vibe-coded" quality? +
Yes – I'm a Lovable Builders Club member and use it where it's the right tool, alongside Claude, Cursor, Convex and traditional engineering. The difference between me and a pure Lovable shop: 20 years of UX judgement deciding what gets built, plus real backend and voice engineering when your product needs more than a generated CRUD app. AI speed, senior standards.
Who owns the code and the accounts? +
You do. Repositories, hosting, domains and AI provider accounts are set up in your name from day one. I build in the open, document as I go, and you can walk away with everything at any point.
What if my idea isn't an AI product? +
Then I'll say so. Plenty of great products need a sharp website and clean UX, not a language model. The Launch Site plan exists for exactly that – and I'll never bolt AI onto something to justify a bigger invoice.
How do payments work? +
The 2-week MVP Sprint is 50% to start, 50% at launch. Larger fixed-scope builds are 50/25/25 (start / midpoint / launch). The Product Partner plan bills monthly in advance and you can pause or stop with a week's notice. Invoicing via ZwartifyDesign Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), in USD, GBP or MYR.
How does pausing the Product Partner plan work? +
Billing runs on a 31-day cycle, and unused days bank. Use 21 days, pause, and the remaining 10 days wait for you – resume whenever, months later if you like. No wasted spend, no awkward conversations. And the week-one guarantee means the first seven days are genuinely risk-free: if it's not working, you get 75% back, no questions asked.
Is there anything you don't do? +
Yes – honesty up front saves everyone time. I don't do 3D modelling or video production, native Android (yet – iOS via Despia is covered), maintenance-only retainers for sites I didn't build, or gambling and hype-coin projects. And if I don't believe your idea can ship or succeed as scoped, I'll tell you on the first call instead of taking the money.
Where are you, and does timezone matter? +
Kuala Lumpur (GMT+8). Mornings overlap with Australia and Asia, afternoons with the UK and Europe, and async Loom updates cover the US. Most clients find their project moves faster because something ships overnight, every night.
